My name is Pavlína. I am an HR professional and leader with 12 years of experience.

In 2024, I founded Mindshift, a project that holds great personal significance to me. Through this project, I am connecting two worlds that are close to my heart: the realm of HR, personnel processes, and corporate environments, and the world of neurodivergence.
